Coronavirus (COVID 19)
In these troubling and uncertain times, it can be difficult to get the therapeutic care we need without face-to-face conversations with people.
From Monday 23rd March 2020, I will be meeting your therapeutic needs online, via Zoom, Skype, Whatsapp or Facetime, as well as telephone sessions.
Following recent Government advice and National Counselling Society guidelines, I reluctantly cannot offer face-to-face counselling sessions until further notice.
Research suggests that online or virtual counselling is just as effective as face-to-face. It is a safe space to express your feelings and emotions and is accessible to everyone everywhere. For more information please click on the “Online Counselling“ section.
You don’t have to cope alone, even if you are self-isolating or on your own. There’s strength in asking for help. Let’s talk.
Does it feel like life is getting on top of you?
